Michael Reardon is the creative director and owner of Fieldtrip.

In 1990, Michael started his own design shop in Portland, helping national and regional firms, including the design and management of all visual communications for design for Tektronix Video and Networking division for 10 years. This firm eventually evolved in Fieldtrip.

Michael’s design, illustration, and advertising work has been recognized in Wired Magazine, the International Typography Show Archive, Print, and Communication Arts. and the Portland Advertising Federation Rosey awards.

Prior to starting Fieldtrip, Michael spent three years working in Asia on multi-national design projects in Singapore and Hong Kong.

After leaving school we was hired as art director at Edward Howard & Company, Ohio's largest Public relations firm. He helped create and design campaigns and annual reports for Fortune 500 companies and civic organizations.

In his spare time Michael travels the world and records ideas and experiences in sketchbooks and photography.
